 This statement is occasioned by the letter Andrii Nabok (Андрій Набок) of the Ukranian Ministry of Digital Transformation addressed to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) on the morning of Monday, February 28, 2022. ICANN and RIPE replied to Mr. Nabok’s letter directly, in the narrowest possible terms, and in the negative.
